On May 3rd, 2022, the Compass community gathered at the Hibernia to celebrate Executive Director Erica Kisch and 20 years of her courageous leadership. This event broke all previous fundraising records, bringing in more than $800K to support San Francisco's homeless and vulnerable parents and children.
Under Erica’s lion-hearted leadership, Compass Family Services, and the brave and determined efforts of families overcoming homelessness, remain the pride of San Francisco—a place where every child deserves to grow up in a safe and stable home.
